Mobile game hardware developer Wonder raised $14 million Series A round led by Grishin Robotics and Chinese telecom TCL Communications, reports Games Industry. The company aims to build a portable hardware device that is hybrid of a smartphone and a gaming console.
SpaceX to Launch Final Falcon 9 Upgrade This Year
SpaceX intends to launch a final upgrade to the Falcon 9 rocket, known as the Block 5, later this year, reports SpaceNews. The forthcoming Block 5 booster could relaunch a dozen or so times, while the currently used version has an estimated life of two or three missions.
Snapchat Users Can Create Custom Filters in the App
Snapchat users in the United States can now create and submit custom filters directly in the app, rather than having to go to the studio website to make their custom filter, reports TechCrunch. Payment for the filter feature is also run entirely in-app, once the review process is complete.
