Venture capital firm Double M Partners is in the process of raising a $40 million fund, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The firm specializes in investing in early stage and seed deals in business-to-business software companies.
Google Launches YouTubeTV Streaming Bundle
Google announced the planned launch of YouTubeTV, a live and on-demand streaming TV service, reports CNBC. The subscription will cost $35 a month for a family plan of up to six accounts, is expected to launch in the next few months in the U.S., and will include access to 40 networks such as USA, FX, Freeform, ESPN, Fox Sports, and NBC Sports.
H3h3productions Piles Up Legal Bills
Legal bills are mounting for h3h3productions as the YouTube content producer defends itself in a fair- use legal spat, reports TubeFilter. Recently, the company paid more than $50,000 in a single month to cover legal fees for their defense team.
