Deluxe Entertainment Services Group Inc. has acquired German business-to-business cloud service provider Mediapeers for an undisclosed amount.

Mediapeers’ cloud software works to help studios and other creators market their film and TV content more efficiently through easier discovery, asset protection and monetization. The Berlin company’s clients include Lions Gate and MGM.

Deluxe, a MacAndrews & Forbes subsidiary headquartered in Burbank, provides media and entertainment services that range from movie and TV production to distribution.
