Kadisha, who was born in Tehran, is a co-managing partner of Omninet Capital, a Beverly Hills-based real estate and venture capital fund that manages more than $1 billion in capital. Los Angeles County late last year inked a 15-year, $167 million lease with an Omninet-held 207,000-square-foot office building in Long Beach. Kadisha also holds a sizeable stake in Qualcomm Inc., a telecom giant which acquired Kadisha’s former telecommunications company in 1988. Kadisha, who moved here following the Iranian Revolution, is through wife Dora married into the prominent Nazarian family. He and the family remain active in local and international Jewish organizations. Kadisha and Dora own two homes in Beverly Hills.
