Roski is the president and chair of City of Industry-based Majestic Realty, founded by his late father in 1948. The company is one of the oldest and largest privately held industrial developers in the country, with a diverse 91 million-square-foot portfolio. The company currently owns and operates over 400 buildings. Over the last year, Majestic Realty continued its expansion with the purchase of multiple industrial development facilities in California and Arizona. Roski serves on the board of trustees of University of Southern California, his alma mater.
