The Los Angeles Sports Council named Demoff its 2022 Sports Executive of the Year, a nod to the Rams’ Super Bowl championship on its home SoFi Stadium field in Inglewood. In his 14th season as the team’s top front-office executive and liaison to team owner Stan Kroenke, Demoff works closely with general manager Les Snead and head coach Sean McVay on signings and acquisitions. The L.A. native was once an executive with Casey Wasserman’s Los Angeles Avengers of the Arena Football League and with the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
