Yguado, together with Chris DeWolfe, Colin Digiaro and Aber Whitcomb, purchased social gaming platform MindJolt Inc. in 2010 and turned the company into Jam City, which is now one of the top publishers in mobile gaming. In September 2021, the company raised $350 million and purchased game developer Ludia Inc. for $165 million. Yguado, who was previously Jam City’s chief operating officer and president, took over as the chief executive in February. Before launching Jam City, Yguado was vice president of Fox Entertainment, where he helped with the acquisition of Myspace, the creation of Hulu and launch of new television networks, led strategic planning for MTV Networks and Nickelodeon, and oversaw corporate development for Univision.
