As Compass Inc.’s president for California, Nevada, and Hawaii, Wendy Forsythe oversees all aspects of the company’s operations in those regions, supporting Compass principals, agents and employees. She’s spent her 30-year career helping top brands, brokerages and real estate agents in both Canada and the United States build their businesses. Prior to starting at Compass, she served as chief strategy officer at Fathom Holdings Inc. and chief operating officer at HomeSmart International. Forsythe was included on the 2023 Swanepoel Power 200 list, which ranks the most powerful leaders in the residential real estate brokerage industry. Beyond her professional career, Forsythe is a competitive triathlete and ultramarathoner.
