President, Jamison Properties

Over the past eight years, Lee has been president of Jamison
Properties, the development arm of Koreatown-based Jamison. He has overseen the completion of more than 5,000 apartment units in Los Angeles, including 150 affordable units. The company, which specializes in multifamily development through ground-up construction and adaptive reuse conversions of office to residential, is currently managing an additional 2,000 units under construction. Lee, a USC grad, serves on the board of the Korean American Coalition, a nonprofit established to promote the civic and civil rights interests of the Korean American community.
