Co-Founder, Hilton & Hyland
Hilton co-founded the Beverly Hills-based luxury real estate brokerage Hilton & Hyland with Jeff Hyland in 1993. Last year Hilton announced he and his son Barron Hilton would start their own firm, Hilton & Hilton. This came after co-founder Jeff Hyland passed away from cancer. Hyland’s widow Lori Hyland is now the sole owner of Hilton & Hyland after buying out Hilton’s interests in the brokerage. Hilton has been selling real estate for over three decades. He recently sold “The Enchanted Hill,” a 120-acre home, for nearly $65 million. He is part of the Hilton Hotel family.
