Co-Head of U.S. Capital Markets, Newmark Knight Frank

Shannon is the co-head of U.S. Capital Markets at Newmark, where he leads a team of 33 professionals who handle the disposition and acquisition of investment properties for domestic and offshore investors in 16 markets across the western United States. Shannon previously worked for CBRE, where he was vice chair and managing director of the West Coast Institutional Investment Group and led the western U.S. Office Vertical. During his more than 35-year career, he’s sold in excess of $65 billion of real estate. A USC alum, Shannon serves on the executive committee of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate and on the board of advisors of the USC Caruso Catholic Center.
