Kilroy oversees acquisition, entitlement, development, construction, leasing, financing and dispositions for his namesake firm. The company currently has a portfolio of more than 14 million square feet spanning five regions. Kilroy also led the company’s predecessor, Kilroy Industries. Under his leadership, Kilroy Realty entered San Francisco and Seattle in 2009 and 2010, respectively. The business has also expanded into Austin, Texas. A member of the Real Estate Roundtable, Kilroy serves on the policy advisory board of the Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics at UC Berkeley and on the advisory board of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
