Worthe, specializes in the development and refurbishment of office properties. It’s developing the Ranch Lot in Burbank, a 926,000-square-foot studio with 16 new sound stages. Other projects include Second Century, an 800,000-square-foot office development designed by Frank Gehry and leased to Warner Bros.; the Post in Beverly Hills, leased to Live Nation; and the 1 million-square-foot Mission Logistics Project. Worthe serves as a trustee of the UCSB Foundation and is a founding board member of the Ziman Center at UCLA. He’s also a member of the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission’s Core Leadership Group and a longstanding supporter of Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
