Luchs has been a top producer at the Newmark since 2014. He’s represented some of the world’s top fashion brands, entertainment companies and other businesses in locating corporate headquarters and selling investment properties. Among his notable transactions are the $200 million purchase of the Luxe Hotel on Rodeo Drive by his client LVMH in 2021 and the sale of 457-459 N. Rodeo Drive to the Rueben Brothers for $122 million in 2020. He’s secured West Coast headquarters for Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, and Sean Puffy Combs/Combs Enterprises, to name a few. Luchs serves on the board of his alma mater, Pomfret and on the acquisition and collection committee of the Museum of Contemporary Art in downtown Los Angeles.
