President and Chief Executive, Harridge Development Group

Schwartzman serves as president and chief executive of Harridge Development Group, which he founded in 2010. The company has 3,000 lots in the greater Los Angeles area, of which 675 are being built as single-family homes. His company is also building 950 residential units and 150,000 square feet of retail at the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Mall, which it purchased in 2021 for $144 million. It obtained a $485 million loan in November 2021 for the first phase of Crossroads Hollywood, which encompasses 700,000 square feet of the 1.4 million-square-foot project. Most recently, Harridge Development acquired 292 lots in Oxnard in Mandalay Beach and 50 acres in Livermore.
