Coelho created Armanino’s Business Management and Family Office practice and is the partner in charge of Southern California for Armanino. He has almost 25 years of experience in public accounting and business management, and most recently led the opening of both Armanino’s New York City and Nashville, Tennessee offices. He has also been focused on deploying technology tools and soft-skills training for business managers. The firm has invested in leadership, emotional intelligence, unconscious bias and mindfulness training to create well-rounded professionals. The business management team is also deploying automated data aggregations software, robotic processes and advanced general ledger technology to automate previously manual activities.
