Braun advised Justin Bieber in selling his music catalog for a reported $200 million in December, acquired Atlanta-based rap label Quality Control Music in February for a reported $320 million, and bought a beach-adjacent, four-story brick office building in Santa Monica for $25.9 million in March. The personal manager and entertainment producer handles music’s Bieber, Kanye West, Ariana Grande, Usher, Karlie Kloss, Tori Kelly, and The Black Eyed Peas. Braun sold his Ithaca Holdings to a South Korean media company for over $1 billion in 2021, cashing out while still remaining in charge of the renamed and expanding HYBE America.
