After winning a court decision to end pop singer Britney Spears’ conservatorship 18 months ago, Rosengart defeated her father/conservator’s attempt to question Spears under oath and was granted permission to depose the father. Century City-based Rosengart also achieved a full dismissal in March for Sean Penn of a government labor complaint against the actor’s personal charity. Former clients include Steven Spielberg, Michael Bay, Gisele Bündchen, Keanu Reeves, and Canadian rockers Arcade Fire. The private practice attorney is a former prosecutor for the Justice Department. In September, he received the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Excellence in Advocacy Award.
