Lourd worked on the acquisition of top Hollywood talent agency ICM a year ago, bulking up representation of craft workers such as cinematographers and costume designers. The combination numbers 3,200 employees operating in 25 countries. Lourd has strengthened CAA Sports, which represents more than 3,000 individuals in the athletic world. Based in Century City, Lourd is on the board of InterActiveCorp and the American Film Institute. Agency clients include producer J.J. Abrams, Justin Bieber, Tom Cruise, Ariana Grande, Tom Hanks, Scarlett Johansson, Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Lopez, Shonda Rhimes, Julia Roberts, Will Smith and Zendaya.
