Emanuel continues to diversify from his talent agency roots and agreed in April to merge his company’s mixed martial arts giant UFC with World Wrestling Entertainment in a blockbuster deal. Other notable highlights for Emanuel were acquiring a majority of car auction/live events giant Barrett-Jackson in August and completing the purchase of tennis tournament the Madrid Open a year ago. Emanuel also purchased outright control of the On Location sports hospitality events firm and, separately, Endeavor China, for about $408 million in aggregate. Emanuel’s clients include Larry David, Dwayne Johnson, Seth MacFarlane and Tyler Perry.
