With more than 25 years of experience in intellectual property law and complex litigation, Mikulka serves as lead counsel on high-stakes litigation and trials. She chairs Alston & Bird’s Consumer Technology Team of the Intellectual Property Litigation Group. Mikulka is the past president of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, the first Asian American woman to hold this role since the association’s founding in 1937. Mikulka currently serves on the American Bar Association’s standing committee on the Federal Judiciary. Mikulka is the co-founder of Carry as You Climb, a women’s leadership group for lawyers and executives.
