Tangri specializes in complex, multiparty and multisite land-use development and litigation. He counseled The Broad museum on its redevelopment obligations and advocated for the downtown Streetcar project. Tangri successfully defended the Grand Avenue Project, the city of L.A.’s Transit Oriented Communities Program and the $1 billion Crossroads of the World mixed-use project in Hollywood. He also represented the University of California on campus developments across the state, including the $162 million Luskin Conference Center and five new residential buildings for 6,900 students at UCLA. Tangri served as a trustee of the Bringing Back Broadway initiative.
