Mallow primarily represents defendants in consumer class and regulatory actions alleging product defects, false advertising and violation of privacy. He is best known for representing auto manufacturers, but his practice involves many other industries. Mallow is vice president of the Los Angeles Association of Business Trial Lawyers. He is also a board member of Team Prime Time, a nonprofit organization that provides afterschool intervention programs for at-risk children. Mallow and his wife are active triathletes and recently founded the USA Triathlon Mallow Junior/U23 National Team, which identifies and supports triathlon Olympic hopefuls.
