Miller is litigation counsel for governmental entities, corporations and individuals. Since 2020, Miller has represented Los Angeles County in federal court as part of a lawsuit brought by the Los Angeles Alliance against governmental agencies regarding homelessness. He is currently representing the trustee of the Woodbridge Liquidation Trust in a lawsuit brought against multiple law firms and attorneys alleging they aided and abetted the now-bankrupt real estate investment firm Woodbridge Group in a $1.3 billion Ponzi scheme. Miller’s entertainment industry clients have included Lionel Richie, Paula Abdul, Rod Stewart, Elton John, the Tupac Shakur Estate, rock bands Journey and Mötley Crüe, and film and television studios and producers.
