Sagerman leads his firm’s expansion on the West Coast and has presided over the hiring of more than 100 attorneys since 2019, the opening of a San Francisco office, and the firm’s selection as counsel to the Official Committee of Tort Claimants of PG&E Corp. in one of the largest domestic Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases ever. His practice focuses on clients in major corporate bankruptcies and restructurings. Sagerman co-authored the book “Creditors’ Rights in Bankruptcy.”
