Cefali is a managing director in the transaction opinions practice of
Kroll. She is also a member of the firm’s Fairness and Solvency Opinion
Senior Review Committee. Cefali has been with the firm for 30
years, advising companies and boards, rendering fairness opinions
and solvency opinions and determining valuations of companies and
securities. Cefali also serves as a director on the board of RF Industries
and chairs its compensation committee and nominating and governance
committee. Cefali’s transactions in the last year include fairness
opinions in connection with the purchase of Grindr by Tiga Acquisition
Corp. and for certain funds affiliated with Blackstone in connection
with a recapitalization transaction.
