West Region President, Northern Trust

Havens serves as Northern Trust’s President of the West Region, leading
the company’s wealth management business from Washington to
Texas. In addition, she works with high-net-worth families and their
related charitable entities. As of the end of the year, Northern Trust had
$13.6 trillion in assets under custody or administration and $1.3 trillion
under management. Havens is the former president of the Jonathan
Club and serves on the board of advisors for the UCLA Anderson School
of Management and board of trustees for St. Matthews Parish School.
