Chief Executive, Heritage CRETech Ventures

Private equity group Heritage CRETech Ventures invests in real estate
supply chain technology, including applications for virtual reality;
health tech; property management; marketing; payments; investing;
and reporting. The firm’s portfolio companies include Crowdstreet Inc.,
PayForward and WikiRealty Inc., among others. Feldman also founded
Heritage Capital Ventures, which invests in online financial technologies,
in 2015. Previously, he spent nearly a decade at the law
firm of Goodwin Procter, helping to start its California offices. He is
currently board chair of the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate.
