Manlunas is the founder and managing partner of Wavemaker Partners,
an early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2003 and headquartered
in Los Angeles and Singapore with more than $800 million
of assets under management. Wavemaker made 22 new investments
last year. Manlunas is a two-time start-up entrepreneur turned venture
capitalist with a record as an investor in more than 425 early-stage
businesses. In September, Wavemaker won for the second year in a
row the VC Deal of the Year at the 30th Annual Singapore Venture
Capital & Private Equity Association Award.
