Dr. Zhang founded TerraCotta in 2004 to focus on using data-driven
insights to construct diverse investment portfolios that can withstand
and even benefit from severe market shocks driven by black swan
events. She previously consulted for the National Intelligence Council
of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency and contributed to the Lehman
Brothers-Eurasia Group Stability Index, the first and only political risk
index on Wall Street. TerraCotta’s current investment vehicle, the TerraCotta
Credit Fund, has a $1 billion lending capacity.
