Haj is responsible for the overall culture, vision, financials and management
of all operations totaling over $2.2 billion annually within
Swinerton’s Southern California and Hawaii Region. Haj manages
more than 1,600 Swinerton employees within this region. Haj has a
master’s degree in engineering management from Brigham Young University
and another master’s degree in project management from the
University Centre of Business Administration in Vicenza, Italy. Haj first
worked with a top Italian contractor overseas before joining the Swinerton
Los Angeles office in early 2001.
