President and Chief Operating Officer, W.E. O’Neil

Finn joined W.E. O’Neil in 2001 and became president of the California
arm of the company in 2014. In March, he was promoted to the
newly created post of chief operating officer of the overall company,
which operates in six states, while retaining his position as California
president. The company said it anticipates Finn becoming chief executive
in 2025. One of the company’s current notable projects is called
West Edge. On Exposition Boulevard and Bundy Drive, the project has
an eight-story, 300,000-square-foot office tower and a seven-story
apartment building with 600 units.
