KB Home’s revenue last year hit $6.9 billion, a 21% year-over-year
increase. The homebuilding company was named to Newsweek’s
2023 list of “America’s Most Responsible Companies” and Wall Street
Journal’s “2022 Management Top 250 list.” A 40-year homebuilding
industry veteran, Mezger joined KB Home in 1993. He was the founding
chair of the Leading Builders of America and was inducted into the
California Homebuilding Hall of Fame in 2012. Mezger has overseen
the development of KB Home’s buying experience and launched the
company’s development of energy-efficient and environmentally conscious
homes, reducing the environmental impact of operations
