helped lead the investment bank’s successful sale to B. Riley Financial
last year with the acquired company retaining its name as a division
of B. Riley Securities. In 2021 — the final full year before FocalPoint
Partners’ acquisition — the firm closed transactions with an aggregate
value of $5.6 billion. Radia sits on the board of the Spanish Peaks
