Katz leads Bank of America’s digital team, helping 56 million digital
users, who log in 1 billion times every month, manage their banking,
lending, investing and payment needs. Katz and her team handle banking
for consumers and wealth management and business clients. They
also oversee next-generation features that help clients manage their
financial lives – including Erica, the bank’s virtual financial assistant,
which has assisted more than 33.5 million users with nearly 1.2 billion
interactions since launch. Katz co-chairs the bank’s LGBTQ+ executive
council and is a member of the bank’s Investing in Women Council.
