Montminy leads his eponymous firm, founded in 2009, in the representation
of more than 250 clients in a wide variety of corporate finance
strategies. He spearheads assignments across the globe, including
cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, leveraged and
management buyouts, and private placements of equity securities, restructurings,
business valuations, fairness opinions and strategic advisory
assignments. Montminy has originated, led and closed over $7
billion of middle-market transaction volume, including over $3 billion
in cross-border transactions in 20 countries. In the last 18 months he’s
personally led and closed $500 million in middle-market transactions.
