Reese’s Imperial Capital, which he co-founded alongside Randall
Wooster in 1997, announced in July 2021 that it would partner with
regional residential service operators to build a platform for customers
through the launch of its second platform investment in its Fund VIII.
Prior to Imperial Capital, Reese was a principal with Gordon Investment
Corp., a merchant banking firm in New York and Dallas, where he
focused on investing in distressed real estate transactions, high-yield
securities and leveraged buyouts. Before that, Reese worked in the
corporate finance group at PaineWebber in New York.
