Co-Head of M&A, B. Riley Securities
In 2002, Stullich co-founded FocalPoint Partners and spearheaded the
firm’s expansion to become one of the fastest-growing middle market
investment banks in the country. Along with co-founder Nishen Radia,
he played a critical role in the firm’s sale to B. Riley Financial, converting
FocalPoint into a division of B. Riley Securities. In a news release,
B. Riley reported the acquisition has allowed FocalPoint to provide its
clients with a broader array of offerings, including public debt and equity.
Prior to co-founding FocalPoint, Stullich was a key contributor to
the corporate finance department at Houlihan Lokey.
