Managing Director, Group Head for West Region & Entertainment Industries, J.P. Morgan Corporate Client Banking

Shaheen has been with J.P. Morgan for 30 years and on the financial
institution’s entertainment team since 1995. He specializes in highly
structured financing and advisory assignments for intellectual property
and content production and distribution companies. He has been
involved in many deals for companies including Lionsgate, Skydance
Media, Amblin Partners and United Talent Agency. Shaheen is also responsible
for the bank’s west region corporate banking business. He
previously worked on J.P. Morgan’s investment banking team in New
York, where he was responsible for coverage of diversified industries
and the firm’s leveraged-buyout portfolio.
