Moore helped L.A.-based investment bank B. Riley successfully navigate
a tumultuous 2022, where, despite the challenging market, the
firm realized meaningful market share gains. B. Riley climbed to the
top ranking in total nonhealthcare middle-market transactions and
was sixth in total capital raised across all underwriters. The firm also
made significant progress integrating and expanding the bank’s M&A
franchise after acquiring L.A.-based advisory firm FocalPoint Partners
in January 2022.
