Chairwoman, Chief Executive & President, Annenberg Foundation

Annenberg has a long history in philanthropy, including grants made to
education, communications, arts and culture, medical research, animal
welfare, the environment and social justice. A groundbreaking ceremony
was held in April on the Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing in Agoura
Hills, which will help mountain lions and other animals cross the 101
Freeway. Annenberg has been head of the Annenberg Foundation, since
2009. In the past she created the Annenberg Community Beach House
in Santa Monica and the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing
Arts in Beverly Hills. In 2019, she received the Lifetime Achievement
Award from the Humane Society of the United States.
