Mahdessian co-founded ServiceTitan with Vahe Kuzoyan in 2012 and has overseen the Glendale-based company’s development from a plunky startup to a company with more than 1,600 employees and a valuation north of $9 billion. ServiceTitan develops software used by home services contractors, such as plumbers and electricians. Already one of the biggest success stories in the Los Angeles tech world, the company is currently preparing for an initial public offering for later this year. ServiceTitan also announced in January that it would acquire lawn control software developer FieldRoutes as it focuses on concerning the market on businesses software for the trades industry.
