LA500 2022: Rob Rubano

Executive Managing Director, Cushman & Wakefield Inc.

Rob Rubano is a vice chairman at brokerage Cushman and Wakefield Inc.’s West L.A. office, where he runs the firm’s debt and structured finance platform. He was the brokerage’s top producing broker in the West Region in 2021. During his career, Rubano has done more than $75 billion in transaction volume and in 2021 alone he completed 70 financings across the U.S. with a loan volume of more than $9.2 billion. Some of the biggest financings included 8899 Beverly in West Hollywood, 1440 Sepulveda in West LA and the Switchyard in the Arts District. Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield in 2018, Rubano worked at Eastdil Secured.
