Geoffrey Palmer’s G.H. Palmer Associates, which was founded in 1978, currently owns a portfolio of more than 15,000 apartment units in Southern California worth more than $6 billion. Some recent projects include Paseos at Ontario and the Sea View Villas in the Pacific Palisades. The company is currently looking to diversify into other markets, acquiring and developing new properties. Palmer has degrees from the University of Colorado and Pepperdine University School of Law and endowed the Geoffrey H. Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law at Pepperdine University. Palmer was No. 24 on the Business Journal’s 2021 Wealthiest Angelenos list, with an estimated net worth of $3.9 billion.
