Richardson, who joined Ogletree Deakins as an executive shareholder in 2018, defends class-action claims and regularly counsels clients in labor and employment law. She also provides management and sexual harassment training and prepares employee handbooks and other employment-related documents. Richardson has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America every year since 2008. In 2021, Ogletree Deakins ranked No. 12 for brand strength in the Thomson Reuters U.S. Law Firm Brand Index 2021. Richardson served in President Ronald Reagan’s White House as an intern and worked for the Office of Personnel Management before attending Loyola Law School.
