Vidergauz kept busy with a number of deals over the last year. These included serving as financial adviser to Honey Birdette in its sale to Playboy. Sage Group represented Chubbies in its sale to Solo Stove, Chilewich in its sale to Berkley Capital, GLD in its sale to HIG Growth Partners, and Chef Works on its management buy-in, with financing provided by Kirsh Group of Cos. Sage also formed a global consumer investment banking partnership with Spayne Lindsay. Vidergauz founded Sage Group in 2000 and works with public and private companies on M&A and other corporate finance transactions.
