Managing Director, Eastdil Secured

Stephen Somer is the managing director of Eastdil Secured. He recently was involved in asset sales, financings and joint ventures totaling nearly $1.1 billion. Major sales he was involved in include the Westfield Promenade in Warner Center, The Post in Beverly Hills, Burbank Empire Center and hClub in Hollywood. Somer joined Eastdil Secured in 2003. He spent three years running Eastdil Secured’s European and Middle Eastern operations in London before coming to L.A. Prior to joining the company, Somer was at brokerage Cushman and Wakefield Inc. He is a USC alum, a board member of the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association, a member of the Urban Land Institute, a founding member of The Wilshire Club and a member of The Legends Club for the Genesis Invitational.
