Richard Weintraub is the president of the Weintraub Real Estate Group. The company has developed or entitled more than $1 billion worth of properties since it was founded in the early 1990s. Noteworthy developments include the Cambria Hotel in Calabasas; renovation and sale of a $45 million Malibu beach estate; the Shops at Sportsmen’s Lodge in Studio City; the Malibu Lumber Yard, a luxury shopping center in a former lumber yard; the Californian on Wilshire in Westwood; and St. Vibiana. Weintraub is a USC grad and sits on the board of LA River and Pilot Light Foundation.
