Belisle is the president of JLL’s Southwest Region. He grew revenue 70% last year over the previous year. He also led JLL’s acquisition of Gilliland Construction Management in February. Last year he opened an office in Century City to accommodate the company’s growth. He also hired several senior-level professionals. Belisle was formerly president of JLL’s Energy and Sustainability Services and president of its project and development services group. Prior to joining JLL in 2000, he worked at the Walt Disney Co. as director of development and program management. In that role, he oversaw $230 million of international development.
