President, Nourmand and Associates

Michael Nourmand is the president of Nourmand and Associates, which has offices in Beverly Hills, Brentwood and Hollywood. Nourmand sells estates, condominium units and income properties throughout L.A. In addition to helping clients, Nourmand has also purchased, managed and developed real estate for his own portfolio, having procured a real estate license in 2000 and a broker’s license in 2006. Nourmand was born and raised in Beverly Hills and received his Bachelor of Science degree from USC. Nourmand is on the board of the Beverly Hills Athletic Alumni Association and a member of the Beverly Hill’s Rotary Club. He is also the past director of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors and a past board member of the Sunset and Vine Business Improvement District.
